What Is Custom Cutting?

Custom Cutting/Processing is for your own livestock brought into the locker, and/or when ordering through Gilbertville Locker.

Orders can be made in the size of a quarter beef, a half beef, or a whole beef. And for pork, a half hog or whole hog.
